From November 26-29, the Bauma China 2024, held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, successfully concluded. This four-year-awaited industry event attracted global attention, becoming a key indicator for the construction machinery industry. The exhibition hosted 3,542 exhibitors from 32 countries and regions and welcomed 281,488 professional visitors, with over 20% coming from overseas. Leading companies and cutting-edge technologies took center stage, showcasing China’s extraordinary influence in global construction machinery.

Since its debut at Bauma China 2018, Changan Chuanshanjia has continuously focused on market needs and driven product innovation. This year, the company unveiled two impressive rock boom products: the globally launched Rock Boom & Double-Blade Ripper and the Rock Boom & Separate-Arm Ripper, both of which gained widespread attention from international buyers and set a new benchmark for non-blasting construction.

Innovative Products Leading the Industry
A highlight of the exhibition was the Rock Boom & Double-Blade Ripper, the world’s first of its kind. The product attracted a large number of visitors, who were impressed by its efficiency and ease of use. The arm fits various host models and features greater digging depth, speed, easy blade replacement, high efficiency, and a large output, significantly reducing downtime and ensuring smooth project progress. Its performance in non-blasting construction was particularly well-received.
Powerful Rock Breaking Technology Appreciated Worldwide
Another standout product was the Rock Boom & Separate-Arm Ripper, designed for 120-ton excavators. Thanks to its scientific design and powerful output, it excels in non-blasting rock breaking and stripping tasks under conditions of up to 45MPa. The arm’s adaptability to tough working conditions, strong rock-breaking force, and flexible operation make it ideal for high-intensity, complex earth and stone works.

During the exhibition, the Rock Boom & Separate-Arm Ripper attracted French customers from Europe, who after testing the product, highly praised its performance. They later visited the factory and construction sites in Chengdu to verify the equipment’s capabilities and ultimately decided to purchase the model.
Global Product Exposure Enhances Market Awareness
Although rock booms are still relatively unknown in overseas markets, Changan Chuanshanjia’s products gained significant attention thanks to the live demo and large-screen construction videos during the exhibition. Many customers expressed interest, leaving their contact information with a clear intent to purchase. This not only boosted the market presence of the rock boom but also helped spread awareness of non-blasting construction technologies.
